I could be wrong but I think I heard somewhere that it wasn't completely
POSIX-compliant.
Or, wait, does that matter?
One thing I have noticed is that hardly any actual linux programs run on
Cygwin without first recompiling. The speed improvement over Windows is
nice, though.
