I never got this message...or maybe my junk filters snarfed it.

Maybe I got it because I'm in the gcc user group?


In any case, is there a "normal" place that admins tend to post announcement about open source sites during downtime, that I just don't know about? With gcc.gnu.org down, I really expected to see something at newsforge or slashdot or freshmeat or something. But nada.
