Yep, I got this too. Well, I know that Jari is just a robot with new
kind of artificial intelligence, they taught him how to create cygwin
packages and indeed, there were arriving thousands of ITPs at
cygwin-apps, however, he never replied to any questions and all the
packages were buggy, the buildscripts were buggy too, so IIRC there was
not one package of him included...
