I see that you've done this. Thanks.
One minor nit, though. Documentation fixes are not supposed to get
ChangeLog entries so I deleted your ChangeLog entry for this file.
The GNU coding standard says something about how a documentation change
is supposed to be obvious and so does not need a ChangeLog entry. I
actually follow this rule even when making formatting or comment changes.
I know that we actually have a ChangeLog in Cygwin's doc directory but
I'm not overly concerned about hobgoblins...
