Thanks! With this, mintty now links, and after a couple of fixes it
actually works, amazingly enough. You can get it from here:
http://mintty.googlecode.com/files/mintty-r1295-cygwin64.zip
Just drop mintty.exe into the testdirs' bin folder and invoke with
/bin/dash or /bin/tcsh as argument.
(Sorry, I haven't checked in the source tweaks yet.)
