Btw., while we're at it.

I'm starting to doubt that the idea of the base-cygwin package to add a
script to /etc/profile.d to copy the HKCU mount points from an old
Cygwin 1.5 installation really makes sense.  I'm wondering what this all
might break.  Talking about /usr/bin and /usr/lib mounts, for
instance...

Maybe we should simply get rid of that and tell the user to create
former user mount points manually?
