Oops. I miss stated the timings due to errors in the build. Rebuilding
GCC with the new libcygwin.a didn't produce any difference. :(
User time (seconds): 393.70
System time (seconds): 200.93
Percent of CPU this job got: 90%
Elapsed (wall clock) time (h:mm:ss or m:ss): 10:55.52
