no, unless someone provides us with the documentation of it's
interface. Moreover, i'm not even sure that it can be used, i was just
supposing.

master/slave != parent/child

master and slave can be absolutely unrelated processes, one of which
is reading /dev/tty0 and other is writing to /dev/tty0. one of them,
which opens /dev/tty0 first is master, other is slave. this has
absolutely nothing to do with parent/child relationship.
