I didn't mention using NTSEC like this because it didn't occur to me.
I was thinking that we could somehow give a file a "symbolic link ACL"
or something.

However, I did mention that you had been doing work using ACLs and he
mentioned that we should coordinate effort.  I completely forgot about
this until you mentioned this.

As you may, or may not know, Jeremy was one of the original authors of
cygwin so he is somewhat familiar with it.
