In preparation to moving the cygwin CVS repository to sourceware.cygnus.com,
I've had a new cygwin mailing list created: cygwin-patches@sourceware.cygnus.com.

I would like future patch submissions for cygwin to go to this mailing list.

You subscribe to this list using the same mechanism as cygwin-developers and
cygwin (this is a test).

I'll have further announcements about the external repository in the next couple
of days.
