OK, I see that login is in the base category - although that seems like a
mistake to me, since it seems like a package that few Cygwin users will
ever use.

Leaving that aside, I know there are other packages that setup has tried to
install, and that I don't see in the base or misc categories. Unfortunately
I don't remember now what they were, but the next time it happens I'll
report it here.
