Today I installed cygwin64 and had no problems. I only noticed that
after I installed gcc-g++ 4.8.0 there was no 'cc' command available.
I have in a Makefile:
CC ?= gcc
And this leads to an error:
make: cc: Command not found.
So when CC is by default set to "cc" on Cygwin64 there should be a "cc"
command (like on Cygwin32).
