You need isl to build gcc with the graphite loop optimizations.  Ppl
is no longer used.

Note that the change from ppl to isl may as you say be for 4.8 only...
although 4.8's release is imminent (maybe a week), so you may just
want to wait on this 4.7 stuff anyway.
