I prefer standard tools when possible, and smaller cygutils. So, let's
go ahead and coordinate removing realpath from cygutils-$next.

I'm ready to cut a new release of cygutils (w.o. ascii.exe and realpath.exe) as soon as Eric is ready to upload a new version of coreutils.
