No, I didn't *know* -- because I didn't pay much attention to that
particular discussion (bad me), but also...it doesn't appear the
"checkins" for Makefile.in actually got into CVS at all:

So...I could /guess/ based on the changelog entries...
	Makefile.in: Add a setup-src target.
	Makefile.in: Output the name of the generated src target.
but I didn't *know*.
