never seen before.
I just discovered that this works
wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 http://matzeri.altervista.org/cygwin-1.7/ngspice/
while
wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 http://matzeri.altervista.org/cygwin-1.7/ngspice
download all the cygwin-1.7 directory
I will take note.
