Builds fine from source. setup.hint additionally needs sed as dependency
as /usr/bin/gpg-error-config depends on it.

I would recommend to split the package in:

libgpg-error         -  docs and tools
libgpg-error-devel   -  development stuff
libgpg-errorX        -  runtime library

like other packages do it. Otherwise packaging looks good
