Duplicate "/", lstat() error handling and PATH_MAX overflow are fixed.
PATH_MAX is increased to 1024 for /proc/registry.

setup.hint is unchanged:

sdesc: "NCurses Disk Usage"
ldesc: "ncdu is a curses-based version of the well-known 'du',
and provides a fast way to see what directories are using your
disk space."
