Apparently not.

I forgot one package:
subversion-perl

I have added the "Perl" and "Python" categories to the above packages
now. Dear maintainers (Gerrit, Jason, Max, Reini and Yaakov), please
add the Perl resp. Python categorie to your local copy of the setup.hint
file.
