Sounds like a good idea to me.  Would you have to worry about proxy
problems if you did this?

Btw, you have checkin privileges to the cygwin web site:

cvs -d :ext:sourceware.org:/cvs/cygwin co htdocs

If you want to play with help web pages, I'd only ask that you create a
new directory for them.
