setup.hint should have the following entries.

prev: 21.4.15-1
curr: 21.4.17-1
test: 21.5.16-1

So it's not 21.4.16-1, but *21.5.16-1* which is marked as test. I will
soon update this to 21.5.20-1 (which will still be marked as test).
