FWIW i agree, people will already see "all mingw packages" in the MingW
new category (which I'd create).

The "crosscompilers use the other naming metho" point is a good point,
though... but I'd chose the other naming anyway, for package names.
(I'd select that *also* frmo crosscompilers, actually =P)
