Subject: I vote "yes" for DjVuLibre

Hello!

I'd like to vote "yes" for DjVuLibre to be added in Cygwin-apps. It is the best format for distribution of scanned documents. Development of DjVuLibre is coordinated by those who originally developed it, and because they have put it under GPL I think it should be raised to awareness of all computer users. I vote "yes" for DjVuLibre!
