Bill,
I've verified that the binary package contains files with the .exe extension,
that gcc builds the src package, and that the binaries produce help output.
I'll have to actually read a little more to see if the tools work, but the
packaging looks good. This is all on XP Professional with Service Pack 1.
I noticed that you include a etc/postinstall directory, but no script. This
is not a problem and may be intended, but I've accidentally forgotten a
postinstall script because of the .done before--just a heads up.
I vote yes for this package.
