Max,
FYI, the anchors in ESR's essays don't seem to work in all browsers. I
think the problem has to do with him using the "id=" attribute of the
"<a>" tag, rather than "name=", and this isn't understood by earlier
Netscape versions, for example. Just a heads-up...
