I assume that there is a charset.alias file in many gnu packages. I
don't think it matters who installs it. There's also one in fileutils,
fwiw.
I'm generating a new package now with the above fixes. Thanks.

Reverse DNS for sources.redhat.com is broken. Some mailers apparently
don't like that. I don't know if that is the problem or not, though.
I don't see any bounces for you in the mail logs.
