No idea. Personally, I think that any mail system worth it's price (even
if that is $0) will de-duplicate emails that come from the same sender,
with the same message ID, even if one has been via a list.

With such a mail system, it doesn't matter how many times one gets CC'd,
directly or via multiple lists.
