It was written so it wouldn't have any effect on a current installation.
It shouldn't care which, under the current setup, was ran first.

Yes, I know. I wrote it at Rob Collin's request to remove passwd-grp.bat
out of setup.exe.
Where's the problem? Any domain user issues should go away when the
next setup.exe is released.

You have 10's of thousands of users on the same domain? Ouch, thats, err...
not how I would have set it up.
This package has been 'out there' for several months now and there was
a *lot* of list communications (pleas!) to get it reviewed and uploaded.
Most of which went unheaded.
