$ ls /usr/bin/*-config
/usr/bin/iu-config
/usr/bin/libpng-config
/usr/bin/libpng12-config
/usr/bin/pcre-config
/usr/bin/ssh-host-config
/usr/bin/ssh-user-config
The convention seems a little bit entrenched by now.
