It isn't.  I tried compiling it, failed miserably, had to revert to
gcc-2.95, but couldn't get the right gcc-mingw back...  As it is, it only
fails at the link stage.  Hopefully, extracting libstdc++.a will resolve
that.  Thanks a bunch!
