Version 20180323-1 of neomutt has been uploaded.

The command line mail reader neomutt reached version 20180323.

Of particular interest could be that now neomutt uses POSIX-compliant 
paths for cache files, i.e. filenames now use a reduced alphabet for 
better compatibility.
