fish 2.3.0-2 & 2.2.0-4

fish 2.3.0-2 is now available in Cygwin. No problems were reported with fish
2.3 during the test period, so this is now the current release of fish. There
are no changes since release 2.3.0-1; I just bumped the version number for
packaging reasons.

fish 2.2.0-4 is now the previous release. 2.3b1 was briefly the previous
release; that was a mistake. Sorry about that.

fish 2.3 has significant changes since fish 2.2, including some
backwards-incompatible changes. Please see the list at
http://fishshell.com/release_notes.html.

fish is the friendly interactive shell. It's a Unix shell that focuses on
interactive use, discoverability, and user friendliness. The design goal of fish
is to give the user a rich set of powerful features in a way that is easy to
discover, remember, and use.
