Updated: Cygwin 32<->64 cross-toolchains


The following packages has been updated for the Cygwin x86 distribution:

* cygwin64-gcc-ada-4.8.2-1 (NEW)
* cygwin64-gcc-core-4.8.2-1
* cygwin64-gcc-fortran-4.8.2-1
* cygwin64-gcc-g++-4.8.2-1
* cygwin64-gcc-objc-4.8.2-1
* cygwin64-gcc-objc++-4.8.2-1
* cygwin64-w32api-headers-3.1.0-1
* cygwin64-w32api-runtime-3.1.0-1
* cygwin64-xproto-7.7-4

And for the x86_64 distribution:

* cygwin32-1.7.27-1
* cygwin32-gcc-ada-4.8.2-1 (NEW)
* cygwin32-gcc-core-4.8.2-1
* cygwin32-gcc-fortran-4.8.2-1
* cygwin32-gcc-g++-4.8.2-1
* cygwin32-gcc-objc-4.8.2-1

These toolchains allow cross-compiling 64-bit Cygwin software from 32-bit Cygwin and vice-versa.

These releases are updates to the latest upstream versions. Ada support has been added to both cross-compilers.
