*** clang-analyzer-3.1-2
*** libclang-3.1-2
*** libclang-devel-3.1-2
*** python-clang-3.1-2

The LLVM suite provides libraries and tools for code generation and
optimization.  Also included is Clang, an LLVM native C/C++/ObjC
compiler, and the Clang Static Analyzer, a tool that automatically finds
bugs in code.

This release includes two additional patches to Clang:

* Define _X86_ on Cygwin target for use with w32api headers.
* Fix -print-search-dirs output so compatibility with libtool.
