Updated: automake1.10-1.10.3-1

Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in' files
compliant with the GNU Coding Standards. This is routine update in the
automake-1.10 release series, and contains the latest version of
automake system, automake-1.10.

This is a bugfix release.

This cygwin package, automake1.10, can be installed without conflict
alongside the existing automake1.9, automake1.8, automake1.7,
automake1.6, automake1.5, and automake1.4 cygwin packages.

As expected now that cygwin-1.7.1 has been officially released, this
automake1.10 package is available exclusively for cygwin-1.7.

Changes (automake1.10-1.10.2-10 to automake1.10-1.10.3-1)
======================================================================
* Update to latest upstream release in the 1.10.x series

CHANGES (excerpts from upstream announcement):
======================================================================
We're pleased to announce the release of Automake 1.10.3.

Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in's
suitable for use with Autoconf, compliant with the GNU Makefile
standards, and portable to various make implementations.

This is a bugfix release over 1.10.2. All of these bugfixes are
contained in 1.11.1 as well, so you should be updating to 1.11.1
unless there is some incompatibility that forces you not to; in
the latter case, please report to <bug-autom...@gnu.org>.

This bugfix release is done to propagate a fix for a security-related
issue: the `dist' and `distcheck' rules do not allow an untrusted user
to modify files that end up in the package tarball any more. See the
separate security announcement for details.

Testsuite results:
=====================================
6 of 603 tests failed
(30 tests were not run)
=======================================================
There are no regressions (four of these are bogus, and
the the remaining two are pre-existing failures).

Testsuite Details:
=====================================
FAIL: libtoo10.test
FAIL: libtoo11.test
FAIL: ltlibsrc.test
FAIL: pr401b.test

These tests require that they be run as root (Administrator), which
I didn't initially. Rerunning under an Administrator account allows
them to pass. In each case, the failure was due to "cp: failed to
preserve ownership for `...': Permission denied"

FAIL: check8.test
FAIL: check9.test

These are actually bugs in the test suite. They do not properly
account for '.exe' on (some) executable names. This is fixed in
the 1.11 testsuite, so I'm ignoring it here.
